Job Title: Masonry Construction Project ManagerLocation: New Bedford, MAOur client is seeking an experienced Masonry Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage masonry-focused construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in masonry construction, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to deliver projects on time and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of masonry construction projects.Supervise and collaborate with masonry crews, subcontractors, and vendors.Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and local regulations.Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules, addressing issues proactively.Conduct site inspections to ensure the quality and integrity of masonry work.Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.Qualifications:Proven experience in masonry construction and project management.Strong knowledge of masonry techniques, materials, and equipment.Proficiency in construction management software is a plus.Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred.
