Our client supplements base compensation with a bonus and health and wellness benefits.SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESKey partner to regional operations senior leadership to drive the financial planning and reporting of the business including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting functionsDevelop and lead annual Financial PlanningBudgeting process across the assigned regions including creating detailed branch level budgetsMonitor performance indicators, highlight trends, and analyze causes of unexpected variance, and provide recommendations for achieving targetsTransform data into actionable insights and recommendationsPresent clear and concise results, including processing, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data used for analysisSENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLSRequiredBachelors' Degree in Accounting or FinanceMinimum of 5 years' experience in financial forecasting, reporting, and analysisCurrent or prior employment at a large companyProficient with Excel modelingAbility to organize time and tasks efficiently with minimal supervisionStrong oral and written communication skills
