Part-Time - Patient Access RepresentativePride Health is hiring a Patient Access Representative for one of its clients in Michigan. This is a part-time role. This is a 2-month contract with competitive pay and benefits.Location - 37595 7 Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan.Length of Assignment - 2 months Shift - Monday to Friday - 1st Shift-part time - 7:30 am-11:30 am Pay range - $16 - $18.50 per hour.Job SummaryThe main function of a patient access representative is to act as the liaison between the organization and the customerpatient. They will provide product education and handle various questions while ensuring a positive customer service experience.Job DutiesAct as a liaison between clients, the customer base, and patients.Resolve routine customer requests with products or services via inbound, and outbound calls, or the Internet.Speak with customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using protocol quire, clarify, and confirm customer requirements and understanding of the solution. Provide additional customer education and information as needed. Qualify and establish inbound new customers requesting client's products and services. Work in multiple databases to research complex issues and questions. Notify clients of test results in a timely and accurate manner. Review test forms for accuracy and report any discrepancies.Perform administrative support for medical record management, CRM data maintenance, and internal records to assure HIPAA compliance.RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent experience. Bachelor's degree preferred.Previous experience in customer service preferred. Knowledge of Microsoft Office. Strong verbal and written communication. Courteous with a strong customer service orientation. Understanding of medical terminology used in clinical settings.
