Successful candidates will be responsible, have excellent communication and computer skills, be highly organized, and detail-oriented. The individual will be able to assist with mass tort claims and the verification of claimants information. This position presents an excellent opportunity for growth and advancement in a great work environment.ResponsibilitiesLiaise with clients regarding the details of their case.Assist with mass tort and sex abuse claims.Verify claimants information.Open cases in our case management system, Smart Advocate.Scan incoming mail and assign it to the appropriate departments and parties.SkillsQualificationsBachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.Experience with customer service and high call puter literacy.
