Primary FunctionThe primary function of the Account Executive is to develop and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities management, discharge planners, and case managers to generate PCS Caregiver referrals.Pay range: $70,000 - $90,000Job ResponsibilitiesAdheres to organizations policy and proceduresacts as a role model within and outside the agencyperforms duties as workload necessitatesmaintains a positive and respectful attitudeCommunicates regularly with supervisor about department issues and keeps management advised of potential problems in all areasdemonstrates flexible and efficient time management and ability to prioritize workloadMeets department productivity standardsparticipates in working groups councils and committeesaccomplishes all tasks as appropriaterecommends new approaches to affect ongoing continual improvements to policies procedures and documentationmaintains compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employmentparticipates in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminarscreate and conduct presentations using audio visual tools including PowerPointconsistently promotes the company's core valuescompletes required compliance annual trainingEssential Functions Of The PositionEducates physician offices slash groups, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities management, discharge planners and case managers on the benefits of personal Home Care Servicesuse customer service and sales skills and knowledge to attract and maintain business relationshipscontacts all leads in a timely manner and follows up with leads on a weekly basisbuilds relationships with the community, professional organizations, customers and clients to build a consistent source of referralsconducts pre-discharge hospital or skilled nursing facility visits at the client's request to determine needconducts informational meeting with prospective clients to understand their needs and inform them of personal Home Care Servicesresponsible for initiating a service agreement with individuals coming on serviceresponsible for maintaining and documenting marketing expenditures and submitting expense reports in a timely mannerassist with public relations outreach through speaking engagements in services and other involvement in community organizations, trade shows and co-marketing with allied healthcare professionalsensure effective communication and collaboration with branch staff and field sales resourcesassist branch in timely processing of billing collections and documents all demographic and payor informationQualificationsAbility to create a successful and meaningful marketing strategy for assigned territoryExcellent interpersonal communication and time management skillsOrganized have a high work ethic and possess strong analytical and problem solving skillsComputer literacyability to work both independently and as a member of a teamNon degree candidates with prior supervisory experience in home health, Hospice or other healthcare related industry will be consideredMinimum two years healthcare experience in a sales marketing role preferably home health, Hospice or related industryWilling to travelPHYSICAL DEMANDSThe ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe mannerexchange information and communicate verbally and by written wordmust be able to read write and comprehend Englishdemonstrate active listening skillsspecific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focusendure long periods of drivingambulate on rough surfaces and climb stairsstand, walk and or sit for extended periods of timelift or move up to 50 lbs#ACADCOR#IndeedADCOR#CBACADCOR#DJADCOR
