What's in it for you:1st shift opportunityCompetitive salary at $90,000yearlyDirect Hire position - you'll be hired on directly with our client!Growth and advancementAmazing benefit package once hired in permanentlyMedical, Dental and Vision401KPaid vacationWhat your day will look like:Evaluate and improve quality control processes to enhance production efficiency and consistency.Analyze production processes, schedules, methods, and other relevant data, providing management with comprehensive reports that highlight key statistics and insights to better understand future manufacturing needs.Ensure all manufacturing processes comply with company standards and adhere to applicable government regulations and laws.Review and calculate labor, material, and other production costs, while assessing production schedules and future requirements to support management's decision-making.Plan and optimize workflow, equipment layout, and space utilization to increase manufacturing efficiency.Oversee equipment maintenance and repair, ensuring adherence to manufacturer's guidelines to keep production equipment in optimal working condition.Collaborate with production teams to offer input on manufacturability, setup procedures, labor hours, and the use of specialized tooling.Ensure strict compliance with all Quality Policy standards and requirements.What we are looking for:2+ years' experience as a Manufacturing EngineerSkilled in reading and interpreting technical drawings, with a solid understanding of GD&T.Proficient in computer software, including 3D modeling tools and Microsoft Office.Familiar with MRPERP systems and their integration for managing product and process changes.Familiar with ISO 9001, AS9100, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949 processes
