G2 is looking for a candidate to fill the Training Administration Manager role at the G2 Secure Staff, LLC Headquarters. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of curriculum developers and compliance analysts with the goal of improving training quality and effectiveness, as well as ensuring timely training completion compliance.PAY: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00annually MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:College degree, prefer teaching or communications (Required)Minimum of three (3) years' experience as a training leader or supervisorExperience with the administrative functions of training and developmentAt least two (2) years of intermediate level experience with Microsoft Suites, Data Analysis, Project Management, Assessment and Evaluation Tools.Experience creating designing, and developing training materials and programs preferredAviation background preferred, but not requiredMust be a U.S. citizen or have the authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.Must be at least 18 years of age.Adherence to strong moral and ethical principles, even in challenging situations.The ability to recognize and understand your emotions, strengths, weaknesses, and how your actions impact others.Ability to recover quickly from challenges, setbacks, or adversity.Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate with all levels of leaders and frontline team members.Ability to multi-task and meet mitment to fostering effective and engaging learning experiences.All applicants must consent to and pass a drug test as part of a conditional job offer. -REQUIREDPERSONAL AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSTreat all information as confidential.Possess the tact to effectively deal with all levels of employees.Must pass drug test.Satisfactory criminal background check.Ability to perform work duties from limited space workstationdeskoffice area for extended periods.Ability to communicate and interact with others in the English language to meet the demands of the job.Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed and accuracy to meet the demands of the job.Must maintain a well-groomed appearance per Company appearance standards as described in established guidelines.JOB SPECIFICATIONS:Oversee the day-to-day responsibilities of the Curriculum and Delivery Specialist and the Training Compliance Analyst, ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of duties to keep the Training and Compliance Team operating at peak performance.Ensures Field Team is supported with proactive, accurate and actionable Compliance Reporting.Develop strategies for effective data analysis and reporting to identify trends, improve training outcomes, and drive business decisions.Manage ongoing training programs by assessing training needs. Improves current content and evaluates new content for effectiveness.Ensure accurate and timely reporting is provided to leaders for review and feedback, supporting transparency and informed decision-making.Provide weekly training completion reports and evaluation data, including trend scores and actionable commentary to measure training effectiveness.Select, configure, and implement analytics solutions that align with business objectives and optimize performance.Ensure training curriculum is effectively designed and developed with clear learning objectives and measurable business value goals.Apply industry knowledge and best practices to interpret data, enhance performance, and identify opportunities for growth.Stay abreast of industry trends, news, and emerging best practices to ensure training strategies remain competitive and forward-thinking.Technical expertise - Ability to apply specialized knowledge and skills to effectively address technical challenges and execute tasks.
