Now, we're looking for a dynamic Recruiting Manager who can help us continue growing by driving recruitment efforts while also developing new business relationships.The Role:As a Recruiting Manager, you will split your time between two critical functions:Talent Acquisition:Recruit and place high-caliber full-time candidates in roles within Technology.Use your expertise to source, screen, interview, and recommend candidates to clients.Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and clients.Leverage advanced sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, and networking events to attract top talent.Business Development:Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and HR teams.Identify new business opportunities by actively engaging in lead generation, client outreach, and attending networking events.Develop and execute customized recruiting and sales strategies tailored to client needs.Negotiate contracts and terms of business with clients to maximize profitability.Why Join Us?Six-Figure Earning Potential:With a competitive base salary and an uncapped commission structure, your earnings potential is directly tied to your success. Staffing or executive recruiting experience preferred.Results-Driven:You are a motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales and recruitment munication Skills:Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates alike.Tech-Savvy:Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM software, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
