KP Aviation, an international supplier and procurer of aftermarket aviation components and assets, is searching for the next key member of our team! The Product Line Representative - Airframe is responsible for aspects of the asset evaluation process, including data entry, and support with building financial models that establish the buy price, expected revenue, and gross profit for projects. The position will be responsible for analysis of data, database maintenance, and assisting the team in aspects system integration. Performs any other requests or duties as assigned by management.Your role will take you to new heights, as you'll be tasked with these essential job responsibilities:Supports the airframe asset evaluation process; enter data and update spreadsheets as assignedSupports Sales staff with market intelligence and provide product knowledge with customers to support the close rate of sales opportunitiesAnalyzes data through use of financial models and spreadsheetsAssists with the clean-up and update systems with current records, purchase orders, information, etc.Assists with updating push lists identifying specific material that should be pushed to specific customers, identify key sales points for the material being pushedAssists with the evaluation of engine, airframe, material packages following the established pro forma methods and detailed understanding of the paperwork provided for each packageCompares actual results to forecasted sales and yields of material from pro formaMaintains and update databases with current informationMaintains and updates market intelligence that includes pricing and valuation of partsPerforms any other requests or duties as assigned by management.To succeed in this role, you'll need to have:Knowledge of basic financial and economic principlesKnowledge of computer programs including advanced skill with Microsoft Office applications and computer literacyAdvanced skill in utilizing Microsoft Excel and manipulating dataSkill in decision makinganalysisSkill in verbal and written communicationSkill in problem solving and ability to find solutions under pressureAbility to develop and leverage relationships with management and team members to gain support and achieve resultsAbility to support and consult with management and team members in the administration, interpretation and application of data and ongoing analysesAbility to review orders and documents for accuracy, organize related material, and track status of sales, etc.Ability to communicate effectively with partners, team members, management, and othersAbility to be polite, considerate, and an effective communicator in stressful situationsAbility to set goals and determine intermediary steps to achieve results and determined objectivesAbility to be flexible, self-directed, motivated, and multitask in stressful and fast-paced environmentAbility to prioritize while utilizing problem solving skills when dealing with unforeseen circumstancesAbility to research and analyze information to make recommendationsAbility to demonstrate professionalism and a team-driven attitudeHigh School diploma or equivalent required.Finance or economics degreeprogram preferred.Sales or data analysis experience required.Minimum of 2-3 years of experience working with commercial airlines required; experience evaluating commercial aircraft airframes preferred.We significantly value our employees and believe in compensating each with a substantial benefits and compensation package including:Starting Salary Range based on experience and qualificationsVery Attractive Bonus Plan based on individual and company performanceGenerous Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and Short-Term Disability coverage (Employer pays 100% of employee premiums and portion of dependent coverage)401(k) Plan with Employer ContributionProfit Sharing and Bonus opportunitiesVoluntary ancillary plans including Life Insurance, Accident and Hospital coveragePaid Time Off and Paid HolidaysKP Aviation is an Equal Opportunity Employer and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind.
