And our niche is to provide great value, exceptional customer service and education to make customers confident in their decision to do their own repairs.Overview of Channel AnalystChannel Analyst is a key member of the company's marketplaces team and will work on projects that improve 1A Auto's performance on marketplace channels (eBay, Amazon, Walmart). The channel analyst position combines the use of data-driven analysis with industry best practices to deliver sustainable growth in key marketplaces. The company will provide training on its software and processes.General ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and optimize e-commerce channel performanceDevelop and execute strategies to drive sales, increase visibility and improve product rankingsMonitor and analyze key performance metrics such as sales, traffic, conversion, account health, and customer reviewsConduct competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of improvementManage product listings including content creation, keyword optimization, and pricing strategiesStay up to date with latest industry trends, best practices, and changes in e-commerce algorithms and policiesProvide regular reports to management on e-commerce channel performance and recommendations for improvementQualifications and RequirementsAssociate's Degree; or two+ years related experience andor training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Proficient in Microsoft Office applicationsStrong organizational skills, with a high attention to detailAutomotive experience and ecommerce experience a plusSQL or Power BI knowledge preferredPlease note: This job description is not all inclusive, but rather is intended to capture the majority of the job functions.
