We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Litigation Secretary to join our client's Carlsbad office. This full-time role provides high-level administrative support to attorneys, with a primary focus on court calendaring and deadline management.Key Responsibilities:Manage court calendaring and ensure compliance with deadlines.Prepare, format, and file legal documents (state and federal courts).Assist attorneys with litigation support, including e-filing and trial preparation.Maintain and organize case files and correspondence.Top Qualifications:Strong calendaring skills - diligence with court deadlines is a must.Team player - positive attitude and collaborative mindset.4+ years of experience in a litigation support role.Preferred Experience:Civil litigation, construction defectHOA experience a plus.Familiarity with e-filing and case management pensation & Benefits:Salary: $60-65k (negotiable for the right candidate)Benefits: 100% employer-covered medical (employee only), 401(k) with matchHours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM This is a great opportunity to join a stable, collegial team with excellent benefits and room for growth.
