This role is crucial in overseeing PLC systems for F1 power unit manufacturing, ensuring efficient production and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement PLC strategiesCollaborate on facility design and system implementationManage installation, programming, and maintenance of PLC systemsEnsure compliance with industry standardsTrain staff on PLC programming and troubleshootingMonitor and optimize system performanceManage building management systems (BMS) and HVAC controlsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field5+ years' experience in PLC programming and facilities management (8-10 preferred)Experience with Allen Bradley and Rockwell PLC systemsKnowledge of VFDs, communication protocols, and HMIsFamiliarity with HVAC systems and National Electric Code (NEC)Excellent problem-solving and communication skillsPreferred:Experience with 4160V systemsFamiliarity with chiller systems and test equipmentKnowledge of safety PLC systemsWe offer competitive compensation and a dynamic work environment.
