Primary interaction will be between the users, customers, systems administrators and other systems engineers and administrators to provide effective technical services to our customers. As part of a strong technical IT customer support team function, the ideal candidate uses their technical and business skills to detect, investigate and resolve software and hardware problems. Primary Responsibilities: Manage all technical systems administration and operation of infrastructure managementTo administer and implement improvements to accommodate growth annually promote effective IT practices for onboarding of new clientsFacilitate the support of subscription services delivery through 247365 operations supportSupport Azure, Vmware, Pure, Microsoft and Citrix technologies delivering services to our clientsParticipate in on-call rotationContinuing to further develop automation with Powershell Scripting.40% Troubleshooting escalated tickets from Support50% Project Work such as new builds for Customers10% Other duties as assignedRequired Skills:Microsoft Azure ExperiencePowershell Scripting ExperienceWindows Server and Active Directory administrationTroubleshooting various system and server issuesVMWare ESX vSphereExcellent documentation and change management skillsGroup Policy creation and managementExperience in patch management, MS SQL concepts and general networkingExcellent communication skillsFamiliarity with Terminal Services Remote DesktopFamiliarity with IISTicket handling experienceAbility to prioritize a wide range of workloads with critical deadlines Preferred Skills:5-7 years' experienceBSMS in Computer Science or equivalent educationexperience, Certifications (AZ-104, VCP, CCP, etc)Azure, Citrix, Microsoft SQL, AWS, Pure, Cloud Services
