Position OverviewEmpower Wealth & Tax is a rapidly growing, retirement-focused financial advisory firm specializing in comprehensive financial planning for mass affluent pre-retirees and retirees. We are seeking a proven closer"”a Lead Advisor who can confidently guide clients through the financial planning process, build trust, and convert appointments into long-term clients.This is a high-opportunity role for an advisor with strong sales and planning abilities. Your primary focus will be meeting with clients, understanding their financial needs, developing tailored retirement strategies, and closing business by securing AUM and implementing fixed-indexed annuity (FIA) solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesMeet with pre-set, qualified appointments generated by the firm's marketing efforts.Conduct comprehensive financial and retirement planning consultations with mass affluent clients.Educate clients on investment strategies, annuities, tax efficiency, and income planning tailored to their retirement goals.Develop and present customized financial plans and investment solutions.Close business"”secure AUM, fixed-indexed annuities, and other relevant financial products.Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring ongoing trust and satisfaction.Maintain compliance with fiduciary standards and statefederal regulations.Qualifications & SkillsLicensing (Required):Life Insurance LicenseSeries 65 (or equivalent qualification)Experience & Competencies:Proven ability to close"”demonstrated success in converting prospects into clients.Experience in financial advising, wealth management, or retirement planning, with a strong understanding of AUM models and fixed-indexed annuities.Excellent presentation and communication skills"”able to simplify complex financial concepts for clients.Results-driven, highly motivated, and comfortable working in a high-volume, appointment-based sales environment.Ability to work full-time, in-office, at our Georgetown, TX location.RIA Model"”We are not affiliated with a broker-dealer.
