Industrial Technology Research (ITR), a leading predictive maintenance firm serving customers in over 20 countries and 40 states, is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated sales professional to support team-based marketing and sales of industrial predictive technologies and services. Our 41-year-old business is focused on machine condition monitoring, vibration and ultrasonics analytics, and asset management. Our product portfolio includes portable and permanently installed condition monitoring systems, as well as cloud-based and on-site applications for performing AI and expert driven analytics. Responsibilities and authorities for the successful candidate will include:Developing prospective leads from D&B Hoovers, ZoomInfo, or related databases;Qualifying and refining leads and maintaining an internal CRM with prospects;Managing touch campaigns to develop interest and schedule sales demonstrations;Working closely with the ITR marketing group to develop collateral to support sales campaigns;Preparing proposals and quotations and managing the sales administrative process from initiation to close;Participating in tradeshows, sales meetings, and demonstrations as directed by the VP of Sales;Supporting the overall sales process, as needed, to meet sales targets.Essentially, we are looking for a smart, self-motivated individual with practical experience who enjoys working as a sales professional as an individual and as part of a team. Your time, intellectual curiosity, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills are far more important to us than specific work experience. However, we do have a few requirements; you must have: Excellent verbal and written communication skills;Strong work ethic"”able to stay on task and ensure all tasks are followed through to completion;Interest and aptitude in hardware and software technologies, specifically as they relate to asset condition monitoring and predictive analytics; Strong technical curiosity, willingness to learn, and aptitude to identify market-driven improvements;General computer experience;Prior successful sales and customer relationship management experience.Salary is dependent upon candidate experience and capabilities. Salary will include base plus performance-based incentives. This position is assigned full time to our Bethlehem, PA, USA headquarters and reports to the VP of Sales. Some remote office work is possible.
