We're seeking a talented Resident Inspector III to join our team in Southeastern, Massachusetts - Cape Code area.As a Resident Inspector III, you'll play a critical role in overseeing various infrastructure projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Conduct thorough site inspections and document findingsMonitor construction progress and adherence to project schedulesReview contractor submittals and payment applicationsEnsure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and safety regulationsCollaborate with project teams to address challenges and implement solutionsContribute to business development efforts by identifying new opportunitiesWhat You'll Need:Experience: Minimum of 2 plus years of relevant experience in construction management or engineering.
