My client is hiring for a Director of Sales!! The DOS will have a deep understanding of the HotelHospitality business. This position is responsible for making significant contributions to excellence in guest satisfaction and loyalty, team member satisfaction and commitment, overall operations, and financial performance. Stimulate productivity of all sales staff through guidance, development, and support.Oversee and manage a sales team, develop and follow through on quarterly goalstargets.Prepare operational and financial sales department reportsOversee the management, learning, and career development of the sales teamReview contracts to ensure accuracy.Work with the yield team to set rates monthly, weekly, and daily.Identify need periods and create action plans to fill these areas.Develop, maintain, and implement the budgeting and forecasting process.Effectively control and minimize all sales and marketing expenses while exceeding overall budgeted revenues and occupancy.
