The People, Products, and Data's (PP&D) organization, within the Human Resources Line-of-Business (LoB), is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Process Manager to join its Data Governance Team. The Data Governance (DG) Team is primarily responsible for ensuring that HR data, including External Data Shares (XDSs), stay Well-Managed and complies with the various Data Policies, Standards, and Procedures (PSPs) that are in place by partnering with key stakeholders, such as Risk, other HR Experiences Teams, and People Technology.The Process Manager will play a pivotal role in owning BAU HR Data Gov. processes, special Data and Risk projects, supporting Products development, and delivering Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), which will ensure we mitigates risks in both the Data Management and External Data Shares spaces, as well as elevate our overall Data Program.
