Team Lead ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Team DevelopmentLead, mentor, and coach a team of life insurance agents to achieve individual and team sales goals.Foster a high-energy, goal-oriented culture that promotes accountability and ownership.Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations.Provide constructive feedback and professional development opportunities.Sales & Performance ManagementMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive team success.Develop sales strategies to optimize client acquisition and retention.Support agents with complex client cases, objection handling, and closing deals.Implement incentive programs to motivate and reward top performers.Process & ComplianceEnsure all team members adhere to industry regulations, underwriting guidelines, and company policies.Streamline sales and service processes to improve efficiency and customer experience.Maintain accurate records of sales activity, training sessions, and compliance checks.Training & DevelopmentContinuously enhance training programs for both new and experienced agents.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and regulations to keep the team informed.Utilize data-driven insights to refine training and improve team effectiveness.Qualifications & Requirements:Valid Florida 2-15 License (required)3+ years' experience in team leadership or sales management in the insurance industryProven experience in life insurance sales, with a strong track record of success and no vector debtAvailability to work Monday through Friday, including late afternoons and eveningsSelf-starter with initiative, drive, and ambition.Strong knowledge of insurance sales processes, products, industry regulations, and underwriting.Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skillsProficiency in CRM software, sales tacking tools, and Microsoft OfficeAbility to pass a background check.Details:Hours: M - F 10:00am - 7:00pm Pay: $70,000 - $90,000 plus bonus and commissionLocation: In-person only How to Apply: Call Jada (727) 306-9461 today to schedule an interview!Job Type: Full-timePay: $70,000 - $90,000 base salary plus bonusBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceCompany paid non-resident licensesSupplemental Pay:Bonus opportunitiesCommission pay
