We pay competitive salaries along with bonuses and a full benefits package.Position Summary: Our IT Manager is responsible for managing our IT infrastructure, and driving technical decisions working with our vendors. This role has significant responsibility for driving the adoption of our core IT tools and improving productivity of our teams and team members. We're looking for passion, smarts, ownership, initiative and a desire to work in a highly collaborative organization. Experience working with local and remote team members, local and cloud IT tools, and physical assets such as laptops, servers, security and AV is important for success. In addition, experience and track record of collaborating with a multiple FTE and contractor teams across the globe. Responsibilities: Manage our Bellevue HQ and remote team members IT needs Drive productivity improvements through empowering better use of our IT tools (esp Sharepoint) Manage our Microsoft Application infrastructure, incl Entra, Intune, O365, Teams and Sharepoint Working with our Vendors, support our team members personal computing requirements Working with our Vendors, manage our HQ network, meeting rooms, security, etc Support our Finance, HR, Sales Marketing and Operations teams with their applications Support onboarding and offboarding team members Actively monitor IT tech debt needs, communicate the importance, and participate in prioritizing funding and completion Qualifications:10+ years industry experience; BS degree or equivalent practical experience Experience managing vendor relationships: Software, Hardware, AV, Security, etc Significant Experience managing Microsoft Entra, Intune, O365, Teams and Sharepoint Extensive technical knowledge including Domains, LAN systems, local Security Systems, Conference Room AV, PCApple Laptop management Strong experience supporting functional teams IT applications and cloud vendors Strong interpersonal, problem solving, analytical and writing skills Benefits:Opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Make a real impact on the success of the organization.Work with a talented and supportive petitive salary and benefits package.Medical insuranceVision insuranceDental Insurance401(k)Unlimited PTOPaid Federal HolidaysIt's an exciting time to work at Vendara, and we would love to talk with you if your experience aligns with the qualifications listed.
