We also offer financing options for convenience.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate at R1 Roofing & Exteriors located in Lehi, UT. The Sales Associate will be responsible for generating leads, Closing high quality leads brought to them by our marketing team, building and maintaining customer relationships, conducting sales presentations, and participating in meetings and activates designed to help the team meet sales targets.QualificationsSales, Customer Relationship Management, and Communication skillsProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsAbility to perform roof inspections on rooftopsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of roofing and exterior services is a plusStrong negotiation and persuasion skillsBilingual is a plus CompensationWe offer a competitive compensation structure that includes a base salary plus commission, ensuring financial stability while also rewarding performance.
