The Account Manager will be responsible for nurturing and growing client relationships, driving sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to understand and meet client needs. They need to be able to provide exceptional service which includes the coordination and complete handling of inquiries of clientvendor needs. The ideal candidate for this position will have exceptional customer service, time management, organizational and problem-solving skills.This position will lead an evening team, Monday - Friday 1pm - 9pm shift.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Provides the highest level of service to clientsvendors; provides detailed information on available services that align with requirements, assisting the clients in making informed decisions. Analyses customer requests and makes recommendations based on specific needs, ensuring realistic expectations that promote a dedicated client base.Takes ownership of process from start to finish and proactively communicates with clients; resolves issues; adapts communication method to align with client needs.Proactively engages with clients, providing updates, following up, and informing them of any status changes.Stays abreast of all productservice enhancements, system updates, and changes to requirements, maximizing efficiencies and productivity.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as the primary point of contact.Excels in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. Perform multiple tasks and navigate systems simultaneously.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of products and services.Conduct regular account reviews and business reviews with clients to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
