Maintenance Manager - 3rd Shift

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to join our client's 3RD SHIFT. The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of all equipment and facilities to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to safety and quality.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance program for all equipment and facilities.Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing training and support as needed.Schedule and oversee preventive maintenance and repair activities to minimize downtime.Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions and breakdowns in a timely manner.Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.Manage the maintenance budget and track expenses.Coordinate with production and quality control teams to ensure seamless operations.Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field preferred.Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration systems.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in maintenance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
