Manufacturing Technician

MANUFACTURING TECHNICIAN SUMMARY: Production technician needed to support manufacturing initiatives for a thriving Medical Device organization DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: * Develop and modify manufacturing procedures and related documentation * Provide relevant training, scheduling and resource planning * Participate in team meetings and other collaborative communications * Change order execution * Other duties, as required QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS: * 5 years of relevant medical device manufacturing experience, including some degree of training, mentoring, or guiding other technicians * Proven mechanical skills related to installation, operation and upgrading of manufacturing equipment * Experience with precise measurements and adjustments of manufacturing equipment * Solid understanding of validation and change control processes LOCATION: Work will be performed onsite in Elkton, MD
