Must Haves:Minimum 8 years of professional experience in Construction Scheduling for an Owner or General Contractor in a Mission Critical Environment or Data Center Environment4+ years of experience as a lead scheduler on large scale mission critical projectsMid to advanced experience in Primavera Software (P6) or ProcoreGreat communication skillsPlusses:PSP, PMI-SP, or PMP Certification5+ Years as a lead scheduler on a large or Hyper Scale Data Center projectsBilingualBaseline Responsibilities:1) Review and validate the accuracy and viability of the submitted baseline schedule as subsequent updates and produce schedule review comments2) Effectively communicates with the Contractor regarding all scheduleprogress related matters and concerns in the weekly status meetings and all other schedule related meetings3) Reviews Contractor's Baseline schedule submissions and verifies that all work scope is identified properly and logically sequenced correctly; provides written detailed schedule review comments4) Coordinate with stakeholders (Commissioning, Controls etc.) to ensure their scope, timeline and durations are accurateWeekly Responsibilities:1)Validate the accuracy and assure the credibility of information contained in the schedule analysis performed by the Contractor.2) Recommend ways to improve schedule performance through analysis, work-around, lessons learned, corrective actions and acceleration plans.3) Analyze schedule impacts due to changes or claims, including time-impact analysis.4) Performs Program Schedule QAQC reviews on a weekly basis5) Performs status updates for Program SchedulesMaster Schedules on a weekly basis6) Assist the Project Team in evaluating and monitoring the Contractors progress schedule as well as consulting and troubleshooting issues throughout the construction of the project.7) Responsible for leading and training project managers and project controls specialists with reports for their assigned projects.8) Review Schedule driven Change Orders and Time Impact Claims submitted from vendors9) Walks the construction sites as needed and checks the contractor's weeklymonthly schedule progress; provides reports to the project OAR and upper management.10) Performs schedule Time Impact Analysis for any change orders that affect the construction schedule; conducts schedule negotiations with the OAR and the contractor for any delay time settlement
