For more info, visit and check out this video.About the RoleAs a Sales Engineer, you'll collaborate closely with customers and internal teams to deliver technical solutions that align with customer needs and requirements. In addition to providing technical expertise, you will take ownership of customer account strategies, sales targets, and pipeline management. Success in this role requires strong technical proficiency and sales skills. This role is based out of Alpharetta, GA, and reports directly to the Head of Sales. Travel of up to 30% is to be expected. Your responsibilities include:Analyze customers' technical requirements and recommend appropriate solutionsProvide technical advice and support to customers throughout the sales processPrepare technical quotes and proposals that meet customer specificationsConduct product demonstrations and presentations to show how Evolabel's products can solve customer issues and challengesDrive customer sales engagementsBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customersDevelop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales goals and customer satisfactionDrive and exceed goals for sales and budget performanceLead sales pipeline growth, manage execution, and successfully close dealsTrain customers and internal teams on product features and usageStay up-to-date on market trends and competitors' products to offer competitive solutionsWork closely with internal teams such as Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Support to ensure consistent customer experienceGather and report customer feedback to contribute to product development and improvementsQualifications & SkillsYour Education, Work Experience, Skills, TraitsBachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related fieldMin. 3 years of technical sales and technical support experience, preferably in a global environmentExcellent English communication and presentation skills, both verbal and writtenStrong ability to build and maintain relationshipsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systemRobust ability to build relationships and networks on executive levelsProactive, self-motivated, and results-orientedAbility to understand customer challenges to create value propositionsHigh integrity, accuracy, and efficiency in business development tasksAnalytical with an affinity for problem-solving, negotiating, and time management.High energy, drive, and self-motivationCreative"”not afraid of trying and learning new things and taking initiative
