Our Summer Internship Program is an excellent opportunity for college students to make an immediate impact and define a long-term career path.The Internship RoleResponsibilities:Participate in insurance training and absorb valuable industry insightShadow team members from all departmentsManage a daily log of outbound calls - high call volumeOrganize professional communications and timely follow-upsObtain company information on prospective clientsArrange follow up callsmeetings for Business Development ManagersEarn an opportunity to be considered at the end of the internship for a full-time positionQualifications:Junior or Senior in College with Business or other related majorsGPA of 3.0 or higherSelf-motivated and ambitiousAbility to work independently and manage time efficientlyExcellent communication skillsDetail oriented and well organizedTeam player with ability to manage multiple tasksCompetitivePositive attitude HBC CultureHBC fosters a unique company culture where innovation and hard work coexist with a casual and fun environment.
