Senior Associate - Investor Relations

Macdonald & Company is working with a fast-growing real estate private equity firm during an exciting period of growth. This role offers a unique chance to join a newly established platform and team, where you'll play a key role in shaping its direction and success. As the Investor Relations Associate, you'll manage investor communications across multiple funds and collaborate closely with senior leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesInvestor Management:Oversee subscription processes, maintain investor databases, and update fund holdings.Prepare quarterly and annual reports, coordinate investor callswebinars, and manage major investor events.Support scheduling and coordination of investor meetings domestically and internationally.Sales:Build and nurture relationships with existing and prospective investors.Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and arrange meetings with senior management.Marketing:Work with third-party consultants to manage social media accounts and campaigns.Draft press releases and ensure timely distribution across platforms.QualificationsBachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, marketing, or a related field (minimum 3.5 GPA).5+ years of experience in real estate, finance, banking, or a related industry.Strong communication skills and an outgoing personality to engage with high-net-worth and institutional investors.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce; knowledge of complex financial structures is a plus.Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage tight deadlines with pensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary based on prehensive health, dental, and vision benefits.Retirement savings plan with employer match.Paid time off and holidays.Opportunities for growth and professional development.
