Here at Entegris, we use advanced science to enable technologies that transform the world, and we are seeking employees who have the drive to continue that mission.The Role:Entegris Site in Bedford, MA is seeking for Equipment Reliability Manager to join our team.Equipment Reliability Manager will be involved in strategic initiatives to improve OEE for Entegris Specialty Coatings business line. HeShe will lead a team of highly skilled Engineers, Engineering Technicians, Maintenance planner, Maintenance Supervisor, and Maintenance technicians. This person will key in bringing several new capital equipment to support obsolescence, capacity and automation, create capital for new projects and act as project manager for capital execution. Should have clear strategic vision and roadmaps with timeline to achieve the OEE. Diversify the skill set between technicians with proper training. The candidate must have the ability to work in challenging situation and help the team with conflicting priorities.What You'll Do:Understand the current OEE and key challenges with manufacturing equipment.Create strategic project road map to increase OEE. This may range from managing obsolescence, increasing a capacity, adding automation etc.Coordinate and enact site safety programs, while making sure safety policies are maintained.Work with Production and R&D Engineers to bring new tools that support process improvements.You will be primary person working with Production Process Engineers and sometimes R&D Engineers when sourcing new equipment to support new capability or replacing existing capabilities, support them through equipment build working with vendor, create FAT and SAT, commissioning tool onsite, complete equipment FMEA and safety requirements pre start.Create and manage equipment and spares risk matrix.Work with production management and production planning team to understand priorities with timeline and communicate it to the team, review work completed and communicate progress to stakeholders on daily basis.Create capital projects to support OEE improvements and also act as project manager for those capital project.Use SAP data to review FRACAS weekly and lesson learnt with the team to help seek suggestion and drive improvements.Report Equipment maintenance metrics weekly and monthly to management team with action plans.Evaluates competencies of personnel, is a good motivator and institutes personnel development plans to successfully meet existing and future requirements.Lead site shutdown activities with site EHS, site facilities team and work with production and Engineering to bring production back up safely.Create and Manage critical spares program physically and logically through SAP system and ensure work orders are properly closed to reflect inventory accuracy for spares.Manage maintenance budget effectively and come up with ideas to drive cost savings.What We Seek: A strong leader and very good communicator. An Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Reliability Engineering. Experience using OEE data to improve equipmenttool downtimeA proven track record of learning new things and being hands-on in order to build a strategic plan2+ years of Management experience in a Manufacturing EnvironmentExperience with SolidworksA team focused individual, driven to excellence, innovative in developing solutions, and seeking to continuously improve. Ability to create and use mechanical and electrical drawings. Ability to communicate and work cross-functionally in a dynamic, fast-paced, and diverse environment Ability to work with chemicals and in clean room environment.
