Title: Escrow Support ProcessorLocation: Corona CA 92879 (Hybrid) Schedule: Ability to work Pacific hours - 6:00 am PST to 6:00 pm PST.Duration: 3 months of contract with possible extension (Potential temp to perm depending on candidates' performance and business needs.)Pay Rate: $20hr. on W2OVERVIEW:Provides centralized clerical processing of all documents connected with the initiation or closing of residential escrows, relieving branches of high-volume municates information and instructions to escrow branches and occasionally customers.Primary role is to scanimage escrow-related documents to ensure history is archived and that vital records are protected and meet quality control standards.Receipt in Lender Buyer Funds, work closely with Escrow to provide in office support, fulfilling prior to doc conditions, manage HOA demands and process remediation and escrow support functions on a national level.This is a high volume, production role consisting of 6.5 hours of daily processing.Tasks are repetitive and not customer-facing.Managers will meet with worker monthly to review production numbers and train on new tasks.The candidate starts with 2 assigned processestasks, eventually building up to 17 processes once they have mastered previous tasks.SKILLS:Strong customer service skills Competent with Microsoft Office ExperienceTime ManagementLeadership SkillsTeam PlayerEscrowindustry experience
