(Based on Experience)Shift: Flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidaysJob DescriptionWe are seeking licensed A&P Mechanics to join a team in Billings, MT. This role offers flexible schedules, competitive benefits, and the opportunity to gain experience maintaining a large fleet of multi-engine cabin class aircraft in desirable locations.Primary Responsibilities:Familiarize with the company's policies and procedures and recommend changes to improve operational ply with applicable regulations, manufacturer's specifications, and company procedures during maintenance activities.Assist with shift turnover reports and participate in necessary meetings.Update aircraft fleet status and conduct on-the-job training as assigned.Maintain a clean and orderly maintenance work area and ensure proper material handling.Perform aircraft run-ups and taxi operations.Perform road trips to repair aircraft at stations other than the primary maintenance base.Clean aircraft after completing maintenance plete additional duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.Qualifications:Current A&P certificate required.Must meet the recent experience requirements as stated in applicable regulations.Minimum two years of professional aircraft maintenance work experience preferred.Basic mechanical skills and a personal set of aircraft maintenance tools are required.Ability to take instruction well and work independently or within a team.Must have exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Must be able to lift 40 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, kneeling, and working overhead for extended periods.Must hold a valid driver's license.Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.Flexible schedule and ability to work any shift, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
