Senior Project Manager- Heavy Civil

CSG have partnered with a leading ENR ranked civil construction general contractor, who have built a reputation as one of the leading firms in California in the areas of Bridge, Highway and WaterWastewater construction.Our client is looking to hire a Senior Project Manager having recently been contracted for a $148m joint venture project in Riverbank, California. The project involves the construction of 7 structures and a new expressway.Key Responsibilities:Work On Site to help solve problems that occur during constructionWork within Vista to manage costs reportsMaintain thorough understanding of the contract with the OwnerMonitor and report project schedule and cost progressField work: Assist engineers and superintendents with work plansReview and approve project invoices and subcontractor payablesDocument control such as change and claim managementSubcontractor management and development of subcontractsMaterial procurement including purchase ordersQualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Business, Construction Management or Engineering preferred10 - 15 Years or more of Experience in highway civil or structures construction projects in California.Experienced dealing with subcontracts, subcontractors and self-perform workExcellent organizational, team management, problem solving, motivational skills.Caltrans bridge experience preferred
