The ideal candidate will be able to develop and optimize CNC machining programs, program and maintain robotic systems, and more.Manufacturing Engineer Benefits: • Competitive salary and performance-based incentives • Comprehensive health and wellness benefits • Retirement plan with employer matching • Paid time off and holiday leave • Opportunities for career development and trainingManufacturing Engineer Responsibilities: • Develop and optimize CNC machining programs for marine propellers, struts, and rudders • Program and maintain robotic systems for automated propeller polishing and mold milling • Create and maintain detailed 3D models and technical drawings of marine components • Troubleshoot manufacturing issues related to CNC machining and robotics • Collaborate with quality control to ensure product meets industry standardsManufacturing Engineer Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering and marine components • Extensive experience with CADCAM software, specifically Siemens NX • Experience programming industrial robotic systems (FANUC, ABB, or KUKA) • Strong understanding of CNC machining processes and G-code programmingAxios Professional Recruitment - an entirely employee-owned company - is the largest independent employer in West Michigan.
