With offices in US, Germany, Brazil, and China, JOOLA has a global presence and wide distributor network.We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Executive Sales Representative to join our team. The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving and cultivating new business opportunities in the pickleball space, as well as maintaining relationships with existing clients.Responsibilities:Answering calls and emails from customers immediatelyClarifying issuesDetermining the cause of the problemsExpediting the corrections or adjustmentsFollowing up to ensure resolutionDocument all case activity using the case management systemRecord all customer interactions into case management systemFollow up daily with all open cases to reduce aging of open casesEnsure speedy closure of customer casesCommunicate withe the Customer Service and sales team on order fulfillment and issuesEscalate products with high warranty claim issues to the Customer Service SupervisorRequirements:Minimum education requirement: Associate's degree2-3 years of professional work experience; Consumer products industry preferredEffective leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skillsStrong organization and communication (verbal and written) skillsAbility to work well independently and as part of a teamAbility to learn quickly, and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
