Our mission is to create "Enjoyable Spaces to Call Your Own," offering scalable customization, superior quality, and exceptional service.Job Summary:We are seeking a Business Operations Associate to work closely with the CEO, participating in daily business operations and gaining a broad overview of multiple departments. This role provides a unique opportunity for a motivated individual to develop hands-on experience in business management, strategy execution, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate is a new graduate or early-career professional with a strong passion for business operations, problem-solving, and driving company success.Key Responsibilities:Business Operations Support:Assist the CEO in daily business operations, ensuring smooth execution across different departments.Gather and analyze data to support decision-making and strategic planning.Help identify inefficiencies and propose solutions for process improvementCross-Department Collaboration:Work with teams across sales, marketing, operations, finance, and product development to understand and support business needs.Assist in coordinating meetings, tracking key initiatives, and ensuring alignment between departments.Project Management & Execution:Support company-wide projects by providing research, insights, and execution assistance.Monitor progress on business initiatives and provide updates to leadership.Reporting & Analysis:Assist in creating reports and presentations to communicate business performance metrics.Conduct market research to support business expansion and strategy adjustments.Leadership Exposure & Learning:Gain direct mentorship from the CEO and leadership team.Participate in high-level discussions on business growth, challenges, and opportunities.Qualifications:Education & Experience:Recent graduate or 1-3 years of experience in business operations, consulting, management, or a related field.Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations, or a related field preferred.Skills & Attributes:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent organizational and time management abilities.Ability to adapt in a fast-paced startup environment and take on new challenges.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Passionate about business strategy, growth, and cross-functional collaboration.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with business tools (e.g., CRM, ERP, project management software) is a plus.Work Requirements:Ability to work in person and collaborate closely with leadership.Willingness to take on various responsibilities and grow with the pensation & Benefits:Health, dental, and vision insurance.401(k) plan with employer matching.Paid time off and holiday pay.Direct mentorship from the CEO and leadership team.Career growth opportunities in a fast-growing company.
