Laboratory Technician

Lab Technician (12+ Month W2 Contract, No C2C) - Fremont, CAOur client is seeking a lab technician for a 12+ month contract in Fremont, CA. This is a fully onsite role, Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM.Pay: Starting at $50kyear based on experienceResponsibilitiesConduct chemical analysis using FTIR, ICP-MS, XRF, UV-Vis spectroscopy, and gravimetric analysis.Prepare and test samples, interpret data, and report findings.Manage testing timelines and communicate any delays.Maintain lab supplies, cleanliness, and compliance with EH&S and SOPs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Regulatory, Biosafety, and Operations).Requirements3+ years of lab experience, preferably in chemistry.Strong understanding of analytical techniques and instrumentation.Degree in biology, chemistry, biochemistry, or related field highly preferred.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
