Program Manager

The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating activities that are part of a regulatory requirement to achieve demonstrable process enhancements. This role will partner closely with Product Owners, Risk Managers, Process Engineers, and Information Technology for the entire lifecycle of these capabilities, including planning, design, development, implementation, and closure.Position CompetenciesSuccessful applicants will demonstrate functional skills and problem-solving abilities, have clear and concise written and verbal communication and presentation skills, have strong decision quality and drive for results.Position Responsibilities:Project ManagementProvides end-to-end project management support to projects with little to no supervisionAbility to effectively manage overall coordination of project activities across multiple workstreamsHas responsibility for all aspects of the project, from concept, definition, design, implementation, evaluation of results, and the project budgetProactively manage project routines including kickoffs, workstream meetings, follow-ups, Steering Committee meetings, and overall project planSupports projects that may break new ground and involve multiple stakeholders across cross functional and matrix managed teamsHelps steer stakeholder feedback on key project decisions and determines when escalation is requiredManages inter-project conflicts and dependenciesStrong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross functional teamsManages business readiness activities to ensure employees and management teams preparedness for change (restate as needed)Position Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or 4 years businessbanking experience2-4 years of Financial Services experience2-4 years of Project Management experience1 year of performing data or financial analysis1 year of advanced Excel experience and MS Project2-4 year's experience using MS Office Products including Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Visio
