We are seeking an experienced General Construction Superintendent to lead and oversee multi-family, commercial, and industrial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing complex construction sites, ensuring project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.Key Responsibilities:Project Oversight: Manage all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.Team Leadership: Supervise, coordinate, and direct on-site personnel, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure efficient and effective operations.Quality Control: Monitor and enforce construction standards and compliance with project specifications, codes, and regulations.Safety Management: Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures to create a secure working environment for all site munication: Serve as the primary point of contact between the project team, clients, architects, engineers, and stakeholders.Problem Solving: Identify and resolve project-related challenges in a timely and cost-effective manner.Documentation: Maintain accurate project records, including daily logs, progress reports, change orders, and inspection documentation.Budget Management: Monitor project costs to ensure they remain within budget and negotiate contracts as necessary.Scheduling: Develop, update, and adhere to project schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are consistently met.Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent in multi-family, commercial, or industrial construction.Proven experience managing large-scale, ground-up, and renovation prehensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulatory standards.Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Procore, PlanGrid, Builder Trend).Demonstrated ability to interpret blueprints, plans, and technical drawings.Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with OSHA regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe job site.Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required).Work Environment:Primary work location is on-site at various project locations.May require occasional travel depending on project requirements.
