Vice President of Sales - Senior Leadership OpportunityA fast-growing company is seeking a Vice President of Sales to lead its sales organization and drive strategic growth initiatives. This executive role is instrumental in shaping the company's strategic direction and will be a key member of the senior leadership team, influencing high-level decision-making and market expansion. Experience in the beauty and wellness industry is a plus.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive new customer acquisition, market expansion, and revenue growth.Lead and mentor a high performing outside sales team, focused on direct sales, new business development, and dealer relationships.Oversee inside B2B sales, ensuring strong lead qualification, customer engagement, and revenue optimization.Manage and grow strategic regional and national accounts, securing partnerships and long-term relationships.Serve as a key voice in the company's strategic direction, collaborating with the executive team on growth initiatives.Work closely with marketing and product development to ensure alignment between sales strategies and market demands.Establish and monitor KPIs and sales performance metrics, providing insights and forecasting to executive leadership.Qualifications:10+ years of leadership experience in B2B sales, preferably in a product-driven industry.Proven success in scaling and managing sales teams, with a strong background in strategic account management.Expertise in negotiating and securing partnerships with regional and national accounts.Proficiency in CRM and sales management software (experience with NetSuite or similar platforms preferred).Bachelor's degree in business, Sales, or a related field (MBA preferred).Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking dustry experience in beauty and wellness is a plus.This is an exciting opportunity for a visionary sales leader in an entrepreneurial environment to shape the future of a growing company and play a key role in its long-term success.
