The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting in-depth credit analysis, monitoring portfolio performance, and supporting the investment decision-making process.Key Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive credit analysis on potential investment opportunities, including financial statement analysis, industry research, and risk assessment.Prepare detailed credit memos and investment recommendations for the investment committee.Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing investments, including regular financial reviews and covenant compliance.Assist in the structuring and negotiation of credit terms and documentation.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field. Advanced degree or CFA designation is a plus.2-4 years of experience in credit analysis or investment bankingProficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
