We are hiring a financial analyst who will have high levels of visibility in a growth oriented business expanding clients and sales capabilities.You are excited about the opportunity to be in a smaller company where you will gain a lot of experience, and exposure to investor discussions. Highly commerical, you'll drive forecasting, budget comparisons, sales analysis, will implement data visualization and provide customer trends.A high level of visibity, including working with the executive team - CEO, CRO, CSO, VP of Supply Chain, VP of Finance.Role Objectives: Financial Planning & Analysis: Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning activities.Data-Driven Insights: Provide timely and accurate financial analysis to support business decisions, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.Business Partnership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Supply Chain, Sales, and R&D, to align financial performance with strategic goals.Reporting Excellence: Develop and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business performance.Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting and analytical capabilities.Role Responsibilities: Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, periodic forecasts, and variance analyses.Financial Modeling: Build and maintain complex financial models to support strategic initiatives, including new product launches, capital investments, and cost optimization projects.Management Reporting: Prepare monthly financial reports and presentations for senior leadership, highlighting key business drivers and performance metrics.Data Analysis: Analyze large data sets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for cost reduction and revenue growth.Cross-Functional Support: Partner with department leaders to provide financial insights that drive operational efficiency and profitability.ERP & Systems Support: Leverage Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, Power BI, and other analytical tools to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency.Qualifications: Education: Master of Business Administration preferred; Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required.Experience: Preferably 3+ years of experience in financial analysis.Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, data visualization). Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau or another visualization tool.Software: Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central preferred.Analytical Ability: Exceptional problem-solving skills with strong attention to munication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.Personal Attributes: Proactive, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills with a growth mindset.
