We are seeking an Executive Assistant to assist the CEO! They are one of the Southeast's leading providers of IT-based solutions. Direct HirePay $80-90kExcellent benefits offered including medical, dental, vision, 401k wmatchHybrid--office is in NorcrossExecutive Assistant Responsibilities:Stay current and proficient with productivity emailappstechnology to maximize the CEO's performance.Maintain HIGHLY organized e-file system.Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion, especially decisions directly impacting the global operations of the company.Plans, coordinates and ensures the CEO's schedule is followed and respected. Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO's office and internal departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with senior management staff.Works closely and effectively with the CEO to keep himher well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately. Acts as a "barometer," having a sense for the issues taking place in the environment and keeping the CEO anize complex calendars and schedules; resolving any scheduling issues.Successfully completes critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting acknowledgement letters, personal correspondence, and other tasks that facilitate the CEO's ability to effectively lead the company.Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.Arrange travel and accommodations for the CEO. Prepare expense reports.Be responsive to emailstextsphone calls, with contact outside normal business plete ad hoc projects as assigned - such as personal events andor family needs.Participates as an adjunct member of the Executive Team including assisting in scheduling meetings and attending all meetings.Assists in coordinating the agenda of senior management team meetings and off-sites, and all staff meetings.Facilitates cross-divisional coordination of travel and outreach plans.Executive Assistant Requirements Bachelor's degree preferred.Related experience preferred in working in an executive assistant role supporting C-level executives.Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).Expert level written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with staff, executive team, external partners, and investors.Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability.Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently.
