Senior Treasury Accountant

We've been retained by our client, a Stamford CT based Real Estate Owner, who seeks a Senior Treasury Accountant to play a key role on their Finance team, including overseeing Cash Management, Banking relationships and forecastingResponsibilities:Responsible for the management of over 100 bank accounts, including opening and closing accounts, reviewing bank reconciliations, and maintaining new and existing banking relationsReview daily cash positions and reconcile inflows and outflowsInteract with Senior Management and third parties (Auditors, Tax Advisors, third-party owners) in order to provide necessary information and communicate effectivelyMaximize overall efficiencies of treasury department by effectively streamlining policies and proceduresRequirements:3-6+ years' experience in AccountingTreasury function in the Real Estate or Hospitality industryMust have experience handling a large number of bank accounts (50+)Experience with Sage ERP system a plusBachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
