They lead a team of Project Engineers, Superintendents and subcontractors in guiding projects from start to finish, and work directly with clients and design teams. We're looking for creative problem solvers; detail-oriented individuals with a passion for building. Bachelor's degree in construction management, construction technology, architecture or related field is preferred, and consideration will be given for demonstrated experience in lieu of a degree.The BenefitsSalary: $85,000 - 150,000 per year, commensurate with experienceVery competitive benefits packageGenerous bonus program(15) days paid vacation and (7) paid holidaysThe LocationBroeren Russo is based in Champaign, Illinois. Our thriving micro-urban community offers the world-class cultural events and Big Ten athletics of the University of Illinois, an excellent live music and culinary scene, and a cost of living (and commute!) that's a fraction of that of Chicago or the suburbs.
