Regional Associate AuditorHourly Rate: $21.00 per hourHybrid in Worcester, MAContract through 9302025Randstad in partnership with The Hanover Insurance Group are actively seeking a Regional Associate Auditor to join their Premium Accounting team on a temp to perm basis. The Regional Associate Auditor is responsible for providing technical analysis and expertise in determiningverifying the proper exposures to calculate. Attention to detail including accurate and complete earned premiums for all segments of auditable business. Position performs internal, independent analysis of information reported by policyholders, agents, staff and fee auditors. The associate will apply various manual rules and procedures to determine correct exposures, classifications and earned premiums. Also accountable for responding to customer inquiries via phone or written correspondence with a level of satisfaction that equals or exceeds customer expectations.Essential Functions and Responsibilities:• Analyze and verify confidential financial and risk information reported by policyholders, agents and auditors on MM, CS and Specialty Risks to determine correct exposures for accurate billing.• Apply knowledge of all auditable policy coverages and endorsements and implement all manual rules and classifications, maintaining classification integrity.• Conduct thorough and accurate review of audits by adhering to and staying current with all bureau and state regulations.• Adhere to best practicesinternal workflows (changes to audits, ATU's, RTF's) to enhance quality results and bureau reporting results. Develop an understanding for key accountsprograms.• Prepare and compute earned premium statements using various data entry and rating applications.• Review and respond to inquiries from agents, insureds, underwriters and field staff.• Manage inventories providing timely, accurate billing of audits and meet or exceed production, quality and time service requirements.Knowledge and Skills Required:• Associates degree or two years equivalent insurance related experience.• Laptop computer skills in windows, spreadsheet or word document applications.• Applies basic communication skills in both written and oral form.• Oral and written skills as well as active listening skills.• Above average interpersonal skills.• Above average analytical and problem-solving skills.• Ability to work with agents, coworkers and policyholders in a positive and helpful manner.• Effectively manages workload to achieve team goals.• Able to meet deadlines in a fluid environment and handle multitasks competently.
