Many employees have been with the company for over 10-15 years, reflecting its commitment to long-term career growth and an approachable, business-oriented CEO.Job Overview:As a FacilitiesEmbedded Engineer within the Oil & Gas division, you will specialize in designing, developing, and maintaining mechanical systems and machinery for oil and gas operations. You will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment adheres to industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental policies. Key Responsibilities:Design and analyze mechanical systems and equipment for oil and gas extraction and processing.Oversee the installation, operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment such as pumps, compressors, and turbines.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize the performance of mechanical systems.Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.Prepare technical documentation, including design specifications, maintenance manuals, and project reports.Provide technical support and guidance during project planning and execution phases.Stay abreast of technological advancements and implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and sustainability.Key Requirements:Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Facilities Engineering, or a related field.A minimum of 7 years of experience as an Embedded Engineer or in a similar capacity, with 5 years of relevant midstream pipeline experience considered for highly qualified candidates.Extensive midstream oil and gas experience is essential, particularly with pipeline operations and associated processes.Strong technical expertise is critical to success in this role, including proficiency in:Pipeline operations and change management processes, ensuring efficient and safe system modifications.Natural gas systems, transmission lines, and pump station operations (e.g., knowledge of valve replacements, with the ability to outline processes step-by-step for approval, collaborate with local operators, and oversee execution of plans).Demonstrated ability to work independently and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including operators and project stakeholders.Perks and Benefits:Competitive compensation up to $150K based on experience, with performance bonuses ranging from 8-15% (higher for senior candidates).Relocation package available for qualified candidates.Employee-owned company offering a stable and supportive work environment.Opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing Oil & Gas division with long-term career potential.Application Process:All candidates will be required to undergo a background check and drug testing as part of the onboarding process.
