The Role: Make recruiting effortless, efficient, and enjoyable! You'll be the engine behind our hiring process, the calm in the storm, ensuring that everything runs smoothly from start to finish. From taking ownership of job platforms activities to managing candidate communication, you'll work hand-in-hand with hiring managers and the HR team to create an exceptional candidate experience.You've got a sharp eye for detail, a knack for keeping candidates engaged, chasing down managers, and a sense of humor that can turn a hiring hiccup into a team bonding moment.Responsibilities:Work alongside recruiters and hiring managers to maintain an organized and efficient recruitment pipeline. You'll help sourcing and track candidates, update records, and keep everything on schedule.You will take ownership of the job postings and approvals through our ATS and other job boards; as well as, ensure the job descriptions are up-to-date.Assist with career fairs, recruitment events, and other digital initiatives designed to attract top talent. You'll help us create a strong, engaging employer brand.You'll be the person who makes candidates feel welcomed, informed, and excited about the opportunity to join our team, ensuring every detail of their onboarding has been arranged including travel arrangements accommodation a positive experience for every individual.Help track key recruitment metrics and provide insights on how to improve our processes. You'll help optimize our recruiting efforts with your organizational skills and keen attention to detail.Assist in content creation and posting on social media platforms for Recruitment Marketing.Your Profile:1-3 years of experience in a recruiting, HR, or administrative support role, with prior experience in coordinating interviews, onboarding, or recruiting processes preferred.Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software is a plus.Understanding of basic recruiting practices, sourcing techniques, and onboarding processes.Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in hiring.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and communicate professionally with all levels of staff.Ability to work collaboratively within a team and interact positively with candidates and hiring managers.Social media and tech savvy
