Company: Workhorse Solar PumpsPosition: Account Manager for "‹Growing B2B Solar Pump Company We believe in increasing the resiliency, independence and self-sufficiency of rural families, farms and ranches by helping people take control of their most important resource. Water.Our company specializes in Solar Water Pumps that can be installed easily. The popular kits include a submersible pump that goes down the well, a controller, solar panels, and all the parts necessary to connect them together when in the field. We are passionate about getting more and more wells "˜off the grid' powered by renewable energy, empowering and teaching customers how easy it is to DIY themselves.Account Manager - Well Drillers & Pump Contractors You will be the connection point of customers (usually well drillers, pump installers, contractors) to size, quote, order and support solar-powered water pumps.RResponsibilities:Establish and maintain relationships with new B2B customersDDemonstrating a strong problem solving-skill set and a customer centric mindset while avoiding the "no" mentality.Being on the front lines of the phones, answering calls and texts throughout the day both sales and supportPProvide solutions that prioritize a rapidly growing system Assisting customers in fulfillment and technical support, troubleshootingTake great notes, stay organized, take care in following up with customersEnjoy being on the phone and in front of a computer all-dayMultitask to stay on top of your busy scheduleShow proactivity and responsibility towards your tasksBe able to work hard together in a team environmentPut quick-thinking, technology and tools to good usePossible addition of trade shows and travelRequirements:Excellent computer skills, learning new software quicklyMaster of communication on the phone and emailPositive, friendly, helpful attitude to shine throughExcited to learn new things quicklyObsessive about detail and perfection when it comes to customersComfort with lots of multi-taskingCreative and results-drivenNo prior solar or well pump sales experience requiredTechnical background, B2B sales, account management a plusWhat we offer:Our benefits include 401k with Company match, Health Care, Paid Holidays and PTO, Sick leave, Pet Insurance, Off-grid and Volunteer PTO days, and much more including random lunch gatherings, food & karaoke!
