Manufacturing EngineerKey Responsibilities:Our client is seeking an experienced Manufacturing engineer to design, implement, monitor, and maintain efficient manufacturing processes to produce high-quality products.Essential Functions:Design and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety.Collaborate with manufacturing teams to develop and implement jigs, fixtures, and tooling, reducing lead times and costs.Apply lean manufacturing principles to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.Support capacity increases and quality improvements across all lines including weld, machining and injection molding. Analyze technical problems, recommend solutions, and propose procedural changes to ensure ISO compliance.Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product development and manufacturing.Develop and maintain process documentation, including work instructions and standard operating procedures.Ensure compliance with ISO standards and support quality inspection applications.Assist Operations with in-sourcing and re-shoring products from suppliers.Supervise and mentor Manufacturing Engineering Technicians.Required Skills and Qualifications:Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes such as welding and machining, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement methodologies.Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CAD (Solidworks), and technical drawing interpretation.Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering.This is an onsite position with the ability to set a flexible first shift schedule: 7-3:30; 7:30-4 or pensation is 100k-130k DOE
