Job Title: Project Manager - BAS SolutionsLocation: Manassas, VAJob Type: Full-timeJob OverviewWe seek an experienced Project Manager - BAS Solutions, to lead the successful execution of building automation and controls projects in the commercial mechanical construction industry. This role focuses on integrating Building Automation Systems (BAS) and Direct Digital Controls (DDC) for large-scale HVAC and energy management systems. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Tridium Niagara, Distech, ALC, and Johnson Controls Metasys and strong project management skills to oversee system design, implementation, and commissioning.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the entire project lifecycle for BASDDC projects, ensuring successful execution within scope, budget, and timeline.Coordinate with engineers, field technicians, and subcontractors to ensure seamless integration of BASDDC with HVAC, plumbing, and energy management systems.Oversee system design, submittals, and documentation using AutoCAD, Revit, and Bluebeam, ensuring compliance with project specifications.Lead commissioning and testing activities, including programming, troubleshooting, and optimizing BASDDC systems such as BACnet, Tridium Niagara, and Schneider Electric platforms.Act as the primary liaison between clients, vendors, and internal teams, providing technical expertise and ensuring smooth project execution.Qualifications5+ years of experience in the commercial mechanical construction or BASDDC industry.Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Controls Engineering (or equivalent industry experience).
